When my friends at Our Moons were looking to build an app that supported their product & educated women I jumped at the chance to help. We began the process with interviewing women about their habits, their needs, and their general understanding of the menstrual cycle. Only one in four women we spoke with could name the four phases of their cycle. This eye opening information guided us to focus on educating women and younger girls about their cycle and how to optimize their natural flow. I loved designing this product and spent countless hours thinking about all of the details that would make the app comforting, informative, and helpful to women.
